With the export feature in MyInvoiceOnline, you can easily download your invoices, expenses and contact lists straight to your computer. It’s a convenient tool for keeping organized records, sharing data with your accountant, or importing information into other accounting tools.

You’ll find the Exports option in the top navigation bar once you’re logged in.

Exporting Your Invoices

If you’d like to save or send your issued invoices — for example, for bookkeeping or accounting — open Exports and select Export Invoice.

You can adjust the export settings according to your needs:

  1. Period – The default covers the past 12 months, but you can choose today, yesterday, last month, the previous quarter, or set a custom period.

  2. Customer – The default setting is All, which includes all invoices regardless of the customer. By opening the dropdown menu, you can select a specific client.

  3. Invoice Status – Export all invoices or filter by paid, unpaid, overdue, or proposal.

  4. File Format – Choose between PDF or XLSX files.

  5. Click Export Invoices, and your file will be downloaded to your computer.

The XLSX format works best if you plan to share data with your accountant, as it’s compatible with most accounting programs.

Exporting Expenses

You can just as easily export your expenses — for example, if you want to have all your costs organized in one clear table.

  1. Click Export of Expenses.

  2. Select the time period and, if needed, the supplier.

  3. Set the expense status – all, paid, unpaid, or overdue.

  4. Click Export Expenses to download the file in XLSX format.

Want an overview of all unpaid expenses from the last quarter?
Choose the period last quarter, set the status to unpaid, and click Export Expenses.

Exporting Contacts

To download all your saved contacts into a single file, open Exports and select Export Contacts.

All contact data will be exported in an XLSX file, ready for use in mailing lists, customer management, or marketing campaigns.
